With a Master's Degree in Marketing from the UK, Ross combines his expertise in strategic planning with a genuine passion for creating unforgettable wedding experiences. His professionalism and organizational skills ensure that every detail is meticulously managed, whether it's an intimate gathering or a large-scale destination wedding.

Pratiksha

Pratiksha Aghamkar is the creative genius behind The Wedding Archers' stunning designs and innovative concepts. Holding a Dual Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Investment from Welingkar Institute of Management, Pratiksha brings a unique blend of analytical skills and artistic flair to her role. Her extensive travels as a flight attendant with an international airline have given her a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and aesthetics, which she seamlessly incorporates into her designs.
