How Does it work
An on the day coordination usually starts a week prior to the event date and not on the day as the literal translation of the phrase means. You share all your vendor details with us and give us a brief overview of all your discussions with them so far and details preferably in writing. Our team will then coordinate with all the vendors on your behalf by making phone calls, follow up emails etc. Vendor details like time of arrival, number of people, additional requirements if any are cross checked and arranged for.

Timeline
Our Wedding planning team would then work on a timeline for your wedding. A wedding timeline is a step by step detailed breakdown of schedule and events for the day. This ensures a smooth flow of the event and helps the event stay on schedule in order to avoid any last minute discrepancies . The timeline is usually created in consultation with the bride and groom by giving priority to their inputs and vision of their big day.

Guest Management
Our Wedding Planning team will assist with guests airport pick up/drop, guests coordination, managing check ins & check outs for all guests staying at the property, placing of welcome hampers and so on. Our team will be present at the Wedding venue throughout to address guests concerns if any. They will ensure your guests feel warmed and welcomed at all times.

Team
A team of wedding coordinators will be present on the day of the wedding. This team ensures the timely arrival of vendors,vendor management, guest management, logistics management and coordination with the wedding venue personnel. They also overlook and supervise the decor and make sure all the arrangements are as per the discussion and are completed on time. They would also handle other areas like F&B Management, Artist Management, Bar Management and would always be willing to extend a helping hand as and when required.
